All materials are free to use, print and distribute for use in the classroom or at home. You are not allowed to copy or reproduce any materials in part or full for any other reason.
EZSchool is our trademark. This site is owned and operated by Asha Dinesh. The contents in this site are the property of Asha Dinesh and are protected without any limitation, pursuant to U.S. and foreign copyright and trademark laws. No material from EZSchool may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, framed, transmitted, or distributed in any way, without written consent from Asha Dinesh. You may use the materials on any computer for your personal non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of EZSchool’s copyright and trademark, rights and others’ proprietary rights. For purposes of this Agreement, the use of any such material on any other Web Site or networked computer environment is prohibited.

Subscriber Responsibilities

You shall obtain and maintain all telephone services, including applicable long distance charges, hardware, software and any other equipment necessary for access and use of EZSchool.
You shall use EZSchool for lawful purposes only, and not post or transmit through EZSchool any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others or is otherwise unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or is inappropriate for children. You shall not: 1) engage in conduct that is illegal, tortuous, or interferes with the technological operation of this site; or 2) use the system to commit a crime or to plan, encourage or help others commit a crime, violate the security of any computer network, word password or security encryption codes.

EZSchool Rights And Responsibilities

The Services provided by EZSchool are expected to change from time to time. EZSchool reserves the right to change any Service offered or the features on its system. Additionally, EZSchool reserves the right to temporarily shut down the Service to perform maintenance. EZSchool reserves the right to refuse the Service to any party for any reason, and to withdraw the Service from any Subscriber at any time in its sole discretion. Simultaneous logins in an account is not permitted.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from EZSchool and all related documentation and all copies thereof whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. This Agreement will terminate immediately without notice from EZSchool, if in EZSchool’s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement, including but not limited to, if you are a repeat infringer of any third party’s rights, or if you engage in conduct that is illegal, tortious or that interferes with the technological operation of this site. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from EZSchool and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

EZSCHOOL MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO ITS CONTENTS, WHICH ARE PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." EZSCHOOL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO EZSCHOOL AND ANY WEB SITE WITH WHICH IT IS LINKED. EZSCHOOL DOES NOT WARRANT THE FUNCTIONS, INFORMATION OR LINKS CONTAINED ON EZSCHOOL OR THAT ITS CONTENTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT EZSCHOOL, OR ITS CONTENTS, ARE FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR THAT THE OPERATION OF EZSCHOOL OR ITS CONTENTS, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES, WORMS, TROJAN HORSES, CANCELBOTS OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
