Repeated Addition to Multiplication
You are given groups with equal number of objects. Figure out which multiplication expression represents the boxes and objects shown.
Pick the multiplication expression that describes the picture and sentence
Instructions:
1. Add the number of objects in each group and write down the sum.
2. Count the number of groups.
3. Multiply the number of groups with the number of objects in a group.
Note: The sum of objects in each group is the same as the number of groups times the number of objects in one group, when the number of objects is the same in all groups.
Example:
